Mission accomplished. After almost a year of searching for a publisher, we are now happy to spread the good news: Mimi Welldirty’s graphic novel “Immy and the City. Depresso to go – die traurigste Geschichte der Welt” will be published by Atrium Verlag in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
For this reason Miss Welldirty will be celebrating the premiere of her book on February 20th at the Kölner Opernterrassen. Along with several live acts as The Painters, Bryan Kessler, frontman of the band The Pollywogs as well as Irwin Leschet, DJ of the legendary Cologne Silberschwein label, a depresso bar and Very Depressed People Area will provide for the extra dismal atmosphere. We will definitely be there. Aus gegebenem Anlass feiert Frau Welldirty am 20. Februar eine Book Release Party in den Kölner Opernterrassen a.k.a. “Die erste Party der Welt auf der Du auch mit Alkohol traurig sein darfst.” Neben zahlreichen Live Acts wie The Painters, Bryan Kessler von der Band The Pollywogs und Irwin Leschet vom legendären Kölner Silberschweinlabel, sorgen Depressobar und Very Depressed People Area für die standesgemäße Tristesse.
