AllHandsonDeck:Demodern'sHamburgTeamSetsSail

Full Speed Ahead: At the new Hamburg location, the digital agency Demodern is setting sail with a seven-member team. Under the leadership of Managing Director and Creative Director Alexander El-Meligi (35), the agency is launching and expanding its expertise in the areas of design, creation, and user experience. This is ensured by Robert Girvin (34), UX Director, Kjell Wierig (29), Digital Art Director, Florian Gläser (29), Designer, Tobias Soffner (34), Digital Producer, Christopher Brinkmann (30), Creative Development, and Sonja Conradi (42), Office Management.
Demodern aims to strengthen its collaboration with its Hamburg clients such as Montblanc, Hamburger Sparkasse (Haspa), Nike, and Lemonaid, and move closer to them with the new team at the Alster. Additionally, new business potentials are to be explored from Hamburg in the future.
"For us, the Hamburg location is of particular strategic importance. Not only because of the especially creative atmosphere that prevails in the city," says Alexander El-Meligi. "Here we find innovative-thinking companies and brands that, like us, want to explore new ways of communication and have the courage to try them out." The proximity and quick travel routes to the German creative hub, Berlin, are also advantages for El-Meligi that the agency will now utilize.
The new employees play a special role in this strategy: With their support, El-Meligi also wants to integrate their international experiences into the agency's service portfolio. El-Meligi adds: "Our internationality is a significant benefit for clients. This allows us to offer them the latest solutions and strategies from other markets and showcase them more effectively."
In addition to the seven experts at the new Hamburg location, Demodern employs another 25 staff members at the Cologne agency branch, who serve clients such as Chip.de, EDDING, and Dextro Energy.
