Our hearts are warm - and it's definitely not just because of the mulled wine...
In the first week of November, it was once again: It's Showroom Time and we exclusively opened our doors and invited guests to our studio on the Vulkan site in Cologne Ehrenfeld. In a relaxed atmosphere, our guests could test technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality, Game and Retail Installations, and 3D Product Configurators while enjoying a cup of mulled wine or a beer. It was great!
Sasu'sy Mystical Quest: Interactive Gaming Experience

The highlight of this year's November showroom was undoubtedly a particularly cute character: our beloved Sasu. The little diver makes his way through the endless expanses and depths of the ocean, facing one adventure or another. With "Sasu's Mystical Quest", we developed an exciting and technically innovative game for Royal Caribbean International, which can be experienced not only in our showrooms in Cologne and Hamburg but also on board the ocean giant "Spectrum of the Seas". Additionally, we designed, developed, and produced special hardware - a weight-controlled, LED-equipped controller board.
smart - innovative configurator for the dream car

Our Automotive Retail Experience for the Daimler brand smart was also back. Through an interactive touch table, visitors to premium showrooms, pop-up stores, and roadshows can not only configure their very own favorite car but also learn about electromobility and digital services.

The interactive information and consultation tool was designed and developed by us. Besides our Demodern showrooms, the experience can be enjoyed in various smart stores in Germany, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, and Italy.
Immersive Real-Time Experience: The IKEA Virtual Reality Showroom

The interactive VR showroom developed for IKEA allows our visitors to explore and configure furniture in a virtual living and kitchen space in real-time. The IKEA Immerse app can not only be tried in our showrooms but has also been integrated into the consumer journey of selected German IKEA stores, setting new standards for digital co-creation in interior design by allowing a virtual living world to be explored, designed, and shared.
Showroom Highlight: Body-Tracking Installation for the Medical Experts "ab medica"
The application, fully realized in Unity3D, was developed to attract attention and interest for the "ab medica" booth at NeuroRAD 2019 last October. The sight in idle mode created an impressive atmosphere with particle-based visualizations that artistically interpreted the theme of neuroradiology. Spontaneous interaction was also possible thanks to real-time, image, and depth tracking on three 4K UHD 75" screens that mirrored the movements of passersby.
