With the new car platform 'Find My Mazda', Demodern connects sales and marketing processes on the website Mazda.de. The digital agency is responsible for the project from concept and design to programming and implementation.
Cologne, July 13, 2015 – Click on the vehicle, select color, features, and technical details – and your dream car is ready. This is already everyday life on the brand platforms of car manufacturers. With the new connected tool 'Find My Mazda', Mazda Motors Germany and their agency partner Demodern now offer much more: Interested customers can see the local availability of vehicles at participating dealer locations as well as the respective listed offer prices – all in real-time. With every change in search criteria, the search result adjusts, and each hit can be individualized into the perfect dream car with accessories and additional products. Moreover, the platform offers both specific financing solutions and further information about the dream Mazda. The customer can also book a test drive directly with the nearest dealer who has the desired vehicle on site or directly submit a vehicle inquiry to the respective dealer. This is made possible by a specially developed middleware that links the brand's inventory management and CRM systems with the dealers.
"Mazda has recognized that the website must not be a pure marketing tool but must be expanded into an active part of the sales network. We are helping Mazda achieve this goal with our technological and sales know-how," says Kristian Kerkhoff, Managing Director of Demodern.
To excite interested parties for the website mazda.de and the new tool, Demodern has developed and produced a promo video, which is now available on YouTube and on the Mazda site.
In workshops, the concept was developed in collaboration with sales representatives and the various advantages were finally presented to all sales partners on a roadshow to embark on this new journey together with the trade.
