Cologne, July 25, 2016 – Gatorade – a PepsiCo brand – will now rely on the expertise of the agency Demodern. The decision was made in a multi-stage competitive presentation, in which the German team prevailed against several renowned American agencies.
Demodern is responsible for the conception and implementation of digital installations for Gatorade as part of a trade show series. The goal is to specifically engage sporty influencers through digital solutions and convey brand and product communication to this demanding target group. The trade show series is being realized in collaboration with MirrorShow Management, New York, which manages Gatorade's entire trade show budget. “The target groups of global brands today expect direct and personalized communication with content relevant to them. At trade shows and events, this has always happened through conversation. However, that is no longer sufficient. The Gatorade target group thinks and lives digitally, which means that even at trade shows and events, it is the digital experiences that communicate content with a high entertainment factor, creating a perfect brand experience,” says Florian Wögerer, who is significantly overseeing the project at Demodern.
Gatorade became aware of Demodern through their award-winning Nike Digital Retail Experience project. The digital experts have already realized projects for Wacom and Cisco in North America this year and are now further expanding their business overseas with Gatorade.
