Overview
We're looking for an experienced Business Developer to actively shape our growth — from identifying new business opportunities to building strategic client relationships and positioning demodern within a dynamic, technology-driven market.
Your tasks
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Building and maintaining a relevant network
  • Growing existing client relationships with an eye on growth potential
  • Independently reaching out to potential new clients
  • Developing proposal and pitch strategies together with Strategy, Creation, and Tech
  • Analyzing market, technology, and communication trends
  • Representing demodern at events, conferences, and within relevant networks
  • Managing and coordinating pitches and RFPs
  • Evolving our positioning and new-business processes
Your profile
  • Several years of experience in business development, new business, or consulting — ideally in an agency, digital consultancy, or tech/creative environment
  • Understanding of digital products and innovation
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Experience developing and presenting pitches
  • Strategic thinking and a feel for market potential
  • Initiative, organizational talent, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very strong German and English language skills
  • Interest in digital trends, AI, technology, and culture
