Then we might be a perfect match: We're looking for a Project Manager (Producer) to passionately enhance our interdisciplinary team in Hamburg—both professionally and personally. Tasks
  • You manage digital projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring ideas become real experiences. You plan timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping scope and priorities in check.
  • You coordinate interdisciplinary teams in design, development, strategy, and QA.
  • You are the client contact, guiding them through project phases.
  • You facilitate meetings, reviews, and small workshops. You identify risks early and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You work with agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) focused on effective delivery, not dogma.
Your Profile
You don't have to be perfect at everything – what's important is that you're structured, enjoy taking responsibility, and are eager to grow in complex projects. Ideally, you bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in agency or IT environments
  • Strengths in initiative, empathy, and structured work
  • Experience as a SCRUM Product Owner or in other SCRUM team roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, etc.
  • Proficiency in English is essential as we work with an international team and global clients
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing Mixed Reality apps or Realtime-3D projects
  • Excellent German and good English
