Overview
Calling all creative UX talents! Do you think strategically, passionately design extraordinary digital experiences, and love translating complex challenges into intuitive, successful solutions? Then join our interdisciplinary team and shape the digital future with us! As UX Architect, you play a key role in designing innovative digital experiences – from the first idea to the final concept. You bring together user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals to develop thoughtful, creative interaction concepts that delight users.
Tasks
  • You analyze user needs and behavior (e.g., through research, personas, user journeys) and derive sound UX strategies
  • You develop structured information architectures, use cases, user flows, and interaction concepts
  • You create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and concept documentation – from low-fidelity scribbles to C-level presentations
  • You work closely with design, development, strategy, and our clients to create holistic solutions
  • You help integrate innovative technologies (e.g., spatial computing, AI, XR) meaningfully into the user experience
  • You bring fresh impulses to the team, think strategically – and carry that UX vision through projects and into the company
What you won't be doing
  • Building pixel-perfect UI designs – that's handled by our Visual/UI Designers. Experience in this area is still a plus, though.
  • Processing anonymous tickets – we work collaboratively, in exchange with each other and together with our clients.
  • Off-the-shelf UX – we're looking for creative minds who stay curious and actively want to shape digital innovation.
Your Profile
We know: great UX designers never stop learning. You don't have to meet every criterion – what matters most is your passion and willingness to grow!
  • You have solid professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, Creative Strategist, or in a similar role
  • You take conceptual responsibility for projects and lead conceptual topics in collaboration with clients
  • You can translate your ideas into sketches, wireframes, and prototypes – across all interaction domains
  • You communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English with clients and internally
  • You keep the big picture in mind and understand how UX decisions impact design and development
  • You focus not only on end-user needs but also on our clients' business goals
  • You identify market trends and translate them into product strategies
Technical Qualifications
  • You have a solid technical understanding of web and software technologies (e.g., APIs, responsive design, frameworks, platform logic)
  • You can think in dev language and logic – HTML, CSS, or Unity aren't completely foreign to you
  • You understand the connections between UX, design, and development and can actively shape interfaces
  • You confidently use tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, or prototyping tools, but you're not dependent on them
Nice-to-haves
Not a must, but a plus:
  • You're familiar with SCRUM and JIRA and have worked as a Product Owner
  • You have experience with spatial UX in 3D contexts (e.g., Mixed Reality apps or WebGL)
  • You've worked in Design Sprints
  • You love telling stories and could develop expressive storylines for our products
  • Your copywriting skills are top-notch, making your words as impactful as your concepts
