At BPD, consultation meetings were time-consuming and offered little inspiration. The goal was to create a simple, mobile web configurator that provides buyers with early visual impressions, shows pricing impacts in real-time, and makes sales processes more efficient across nine branches.

What emerged is a web-based 3D tool that represents model apartments by apartment size, allows for material and product selection, and calculates prices live. Deliverables include detailed 3D visualizations for hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms, pre-rendered assets, as well as hand-modeled products and a calculation logic for sales handover.

We implemented the project in four phases: Discover, Prototype, Build, and Launch. Initially, we meticulously reconstructed spaces, rendered many assets with Octane, and modeled missing products in Cinema4D. The final integration links material selection with area calculations and product prices, allowing users to immediately see the financial implications of their design.

The magic moment occurs when users change a material and simultaneously see the price and effect live. This immediate feedback accelerates decisions and makes the future home emotionally tangible. The video showcases interaction in the web configurator, the responsive display, and real-time price calculation in action.

The most impact came from the combination of emotional visualization and transparent pricing information; consultation discussions became more focused and decisions were made faster. The modular architecture now allows for easy adjustments and rollouts for additional locations, enabling BPD to inspire and sell in a standardized manner in the future.
