An exhibition experience that personally engages visitors.

Gatorade wanted to rethink exhibition appearances.
The challenge was to create a sustainable, memorable experience from traditional product presentations. In just three months, we developed a modular booth concept and a personalized customer journey with Mirror Show Management that directly addresses visitors before, during, and after the exhibition.

The result is a modular, interactive brand experience that enables personalized journeys. Core components include personalized RFID tags, check-in/check-out, the Fuel Bar, the Innovation Pipeline, and the Expert Chat, combined with a CMS and a remote control for live optimization.
A modular, personalized customer journey was created.

At the Fuel Bar, visitors physically place products on a 38'' touchscreen and receive immediate information about ingredients, varieties, and applications. Marker tracking recognizes each product position in real-time, allows direct comparisons, and transforms product information into a playful, sensory experience.

The Innovation Pipeline is a multi-user wall where visitors explore content in movable tiles. WebGL particles and responsive 3D animations react to touch, dynamic audio captures attention, and the CMS allows for quick content adjustments for each show.

RFID check-in made the experience personal and trackable.
Personalized RFID tags enabled login, tracking, and the seamless continuation of the journey after the exhibition. Connected microcontrollers identified visitors precisely, while a central server processed real-time data, enriched profiles, and thus sustainably increased interaction and follow-up.

The modular design allowed for flexible setups for roadshows and exhibitions with three expansion levels, where stations could be quickly added or reduced depending on the venue. At the same time, a remote control app provided live analysis, automated restarts, and continuous optimization based on real user feedback.
Scalability and live monitoring ensured reliable operation.

The design incorporates the new Gatorade CI and uses the hexagon as a connecting style element. A modular design library ensures that elements appear consistent from tablet to 84'' wall. Content is not only presented but staged, turning simple information into experiential moments.

The project combined up to 28 simultaneously active digital touchpoints with large 84'' touchscreens and interactive 38'' Fuel Bar tables. These technical scales enabled an immersive roadshow across the USA and resulted in measurable interaction feedback as well as noticeably higher visitor engagement and positive partner feedback.

The experience sustainably connects brand, product, and people.
Through user centricity, modularity, and live optimization, the project set a new standard for exhibition appearances. The collaborative work with Mirror Show Management and the technical infrastructure allowed for rapid scaling and an experience that connects visitors with Gatorade for a long time.
