An interactive B2C inspirator transforms initial ideas into tangible bathroom spaces.

Customers should be convinced already in the inspiration phase.
Hansgrohe aimed to reposition itself as a holistic premium brand and engage customers with the brand earlier. Decision-making processes are often complex and there is a lack of inspirational offerings, so the goal was to create orientation with visual clarity and generate qualified leads for retail.
The B2C inspirator combines playful onboarding with designer setups and real-time 3D, allowing users to immediately experience tangible spatial visions. The tool leads from mood boards to configurable products and can be used both as a web application and as an event installation.

Deliverables: interactive mood boards, designer sets, exportable product pipeline, personalized configuration code. These make inspiration actionable and facilitate retail.

Since its launch at ISH 2023, the tool has been active in eight countries, collecting dealer feedback, generating leads, providing POS insights, and creating an emotional brand experience.

A customized 3D pipeline provided the technical foundation.
In short phases from discovery through prototyping to launch, CAD models were optimized, UVs added, and additional decorative elements created. The playful onboarding, real-time rendering, and personalized configuration code were the core ideas that made the tool lively and scalable.
