Strengthening the IDEE KAFFEE community with AI.
We wanted to inspire creative minds and give them space.
The challenge was to build a campaign tool that makes clear what IDEE KAFFEE stands for: reaching creative people, making their ideas visible, and at the same time preserving the brand's characteristic line-art look. Success was measured by participation, engagement, and brand-compliant quality.
The result is an easily accessible campaign tool that translates community inputs into brand-compliant visuals and promotes active participation.

This is how we brought the idea to the world.
On a campaign page, users shared their ideas. The backend transformed them into brand-compliant prompts, and the editorial team curated the content, selecting the strongest visuals to feature on Instagram. Voting encouraged participation and generated organic growth.
In a short demo video, we show how an idea is entered, automatically becomes a stylized image, and is later rated by the community. The process feels playful and makes creative participation immediately tangible.

The editorial team maintained quality assurance in the workflow, could adjust prompts, and curate contributions, ensuring that all images remained brand-compliant. The architecture can be filled with new themes and reused, making a campaign a lasting tool for creative activation.
The first activation implemented the idea right away: participants described their perfect summer, the strongest ideas were featured on @ideekaffee, and the community decided on prizes through voting.

The system is future-proof and reusable.
Technically and conceptually, the platform is designed so that new themes, style settings, and prompt templates can be added at any time. Editorial control, moderation, and automatic prompt tuning ensure quality and allow for quick rollouts for further activations.
KPI results and learning moment: The community became an active brand voice, the content was immediately shareable and of high quality. The strongest impact came from the combination of low entry barriers and editorial control.
