Customers make decisions without doubt.
Many users hesitate with wall decoration out of fear of making wrong decisions and being overwhelmed by options. The goal was to build trust and increase decision-making confidence so that inspiration, rather than uncertainty, drives the purchasing process and mobile devices become the primary touchpoint.
The wall decoration planner is a mobile-optimized, inspiration-driven 3D configurator with photorealistic real-time visualization and WebAR functionality. Delivered were an intuitive onboarding, curated presets, a scalable frontend, and AR integration. Pilot projects showed double-digit increases in interactions and noticeably greater decision-making confidence.

Discover, Prototype, Build, and Launch led to the mobile configurator. Based on Vue2 and WebGL, a modular infrastructure was created with pre-rendered interior lighting, dynamic light, and a WebAR trigger function that combines the highest quality with a performant mobile experience.

The magic moment occurs when users discover simple suggestions and can immediately see them photorealistically on their wall — especially in WebAR mode. The greatest leverage came from curated presets, contextual help, and mobile performance. The result is more trust and faster purchase completions.
