Virtual event and showroom experience for LG partner conference.
We transformed Zoom fatigue into real encounters.
COVID restrictions and exhausting video meetings necessitated a new format. The goal was to bring partners together worldwide, create awareness for product expertise, and enable interactive presentations with workshops in multiple languages. Success was measured by participation, interaction, and dwell time.
The experience was aimed at service partners and experts of the partner conference and was accessible as a multilingual, multi-user WebGL experience.
The goal was exchange, emotion, and product-related learning.

An immersive space with lobby, auditorium, showroom, and gamification.
A modular event space that combines presentations, workshops, and product exploration.
We delivered a LiVi-based 3D web experience with avatar customization, teleportation in the lobby and auditorium, an interactive showroom with hotspots, integrated Google Meet workshops, and a mini-game for break entertainment.
In the showroom, visitors can explore products in detail; hotspots explain features and provide insights, making technical specifications understandable and visually experiential.
The auditorium was designed to make presentations feel real: widescreen streams, presentation slides, live Q&A via chat, and the reactions of avatars create shared attention and a genuine conference atmosphere.
The auditorium felt like a real conference.

After logging in, participants design their avatar, learn teleportation, and simple interactions like waving or emotes. This creates social presence, fostering exchange and spontaneous encounters.
Measurable results and a platform for follow-up events.
The experience ran over two successful events and achieved strong user engagement through interactive formats and gamification. The modular architecture allows for reuse for future multilingual events.
Technical foundation, integration, and performance optimization.
To ensure maximum accessibility, the experience is based on LiVi (WebGL), optimized for low-end devices, and integrates Google Meet for workshops as well as hotspots and chat functions for live interaction.
The experience runs smoothly even on mobile and low-end devices.
Gamification and social presence increase engagement in the long term.
The mini-game with badge rewards motivated exploration of the showroom and deepened product knowledge. The key insight was that playful elements combined with real social encounters have the greatest impact on attention and exchange.
