Digital Redesign of the Trade Fair Stand at LogiMAT 2026.
LogiMAT is the world's largest trade fair for intralogistics. SSI SCHAEFER commissioned us to bring their trade fair stand to life with digital experiences and make their product world tangible. We conceived and produced three digital installations and advised on the concept for a dedicated software world within the stand. In close coordination with the booth builder and technical specialists, we contributed the digital content and experiences as part of a well-coordinated partner team.
A vertical lift gets a personality.
The SSI LOGIMAT® is a vertical lift module for efficient small parts storage and order picking based on the goods-to-person principle. Compact in footprint, imposing in effect. On the stand, it's a natural anchor point. Two wraparound displays turn it into a digital communications object: a video installation that combines product benefits and character, drawing visitors in before they've consciously decided to look.
The path to automation, with an interactive approach.
No two companies are at the same point on the road to automation. The Automation Journey makes exactly that its starting point and shows which SSI SCHAEFER products are the right answer for each stage. Three quiz stations invite visitors to discover their personal automation type: Manual, Semi-Automated, or Fully-Automated. Results become visible as live percentages, aggregating into a real-time industry snapshot. Three interactive touch screens present the right products for each stage, with additional product details on touch.
Simulation data as an installation. Real data, visually translated.
The FastBots Solution is a fleet of transport robots for fully automated order picking in high-density storage systems. SSI SCHAEFER provided the exhibit, 3D models, and simulation data, which we used to develop an animation for their display installation that shows the robots' movement logic precisely and traceably. Not a simplified diagram, but a reflection of real system logic.
Software as the connecting thread, made visible.
At SSI SCHAEFER, software isn't an add-on. It controls, orchestrates, and connects every solution. On the stand, that needed to become spatially tangible. We advised SSI SCHAEFER on the concept for a dedicated Software World: a color-coded zone with a hero object at its center, from which red lines run across the floor to the surrounding exhibits. A spatial structure that makes the invisible visible. As concept and consulting partner, we laid the foundation for this world.

Four installations, one shared goal: a trade fair stand that doesn't explain, but makes you experience. That doesn't meet visitors where they are, but draws them in. That doesn't show intralogistics, but makes it felt.
