Demodern develops the AI Assistant Terminal, a stationary, voice-controlled AI assistant for on-site service, dialogue and orientation: as a sales assistant at the point of sale, as a virtual concierge in hotels or as a guide in museums, at trade fairs, events and in showrooms. We tailor voice, speaking style and design to the use case and the brand.
The terminal is designed as a plug-and-play solution and can be connected to inventory management, booking systems, room control or CRM; content is maintained via a no-code editor. It is activated by touch, does not listen passively and processes all data locally on the device or within the on-site network, GDPR-compliant and able to work offline. With existing infrastructure, deployment is often possible within a few weeks.
