Demodern develops the AI Sales Training, a platform on which sales teams practise conversations and emails with virtual customers, from first contact to closing. The conversation partners are based on the Structogram® model with emotional, rational and security-oriented customer types and respond dynamically to arguments, objections and negotiation tactics, tailored to industry, product and situation.

After every conversation the AI gives concrete feedback on conversation management, argumentation and persuasiveness; a dashboard shows progress for individual employees and entire teams. We adapt scenarios and product knowledge to products, target groups and markets. The training runs in German and English on all common devices, without trainers or appointments, and processes all data in the EU in compliance with the GDPR.
