Dance, play, and technology create instant joy in movement for children.
Movement should feel like play.
The challenge was to engage children in physical activity without lecturing them. The goal was to create a positive experience that offers measurability: participation numbers, videos, and individual certificates as KPIs. Relevance was achieved by connecting dance and technology for a tech-savvy young audience at the event touchpoint roadshow.

What emerged was a dance-based adventure course with four independent play stations, live recordings during the run, and personalized certificates that were printed on the spot. Partners like Flying Steps Academy, ChapterFive, and Preußisch Portugal supported the conception and implementation.
Four play stations, live videos, and personalized certificates ensure immediate success.
The course guided children through choreography-based tasks focused on rhythm and coordination, turning dance into an invitation. The stations are designed so that the technology remains in the background, bringing the playful experience to the forefront, motivating children to return.
Technology remains invisible and effective.
Behind the scenes, a customized game server connected the stations, and a local iPad hosting app enabled group registration, live monitoring, and the adjustment of songs and difficulty levels – keeping the experience intuitive for children and manageable for the team.
Live recordings were captured simultaneously with four camera feeds and isolated in real-time, allowing the videos to be ready for download as a complete clip package within three minutes. This technology made personal moments immediately shareable and brought great joy to children and parents.
On-site, partners and the team ensured a smooth process.
Over 250 children experienced the course in one afternoon.
Immediate impact through feedback and tangible rewards.
The event reached over 250 participants, linked four interactive stations with live video workflows, and delivered personalized certificates in real-time. The immediate rewards and shareable videos generated visible excitement and positive feedback from families and partners.
The key learnings show that technology should enhance the play value without dominating the experience. Quick, visible rewards and easy manageability on-site increase participation and satisfaction, making the format easily scalable.
Technology should make games stronger, not steal the spotlight.
