Buyers expect emotional, digital experiences and dealers need low-maintenance tools that support consultation and sales. The goal was an interactive information and consulting tool that makes electric mobility tangible, increases dwell time, and measurably improves consulting quality.

The result is a cinematically staged product experience with a modular menu structure, 3D configurator, and multi-user touch interface. The package includes cinematic theme modules, central content management, hardware design for 55" tables, and optional display walls. The rollout began in 2018 in several premium stores.

The implementation followed clear phases from discovery through prototyping to launch. Technically, a WebGL 3D canvas combined with a central service architecture ensures photorealistic representation, synchronized vehicle data, and central updates, resulting in no additional effort for dealers.

Since the first presentation in May 2018, 11 premium stores in Germany, Italy, and Spain have been equipped and staff trained on-site. Dealers report easy operation and reduced maintenance effort, while analytics show longer interactions and improved consulting quality.
