A club that enables real closeness at a distance.

Why we are rethinking the club.
When clubs closed and encounters became rare, the challenge was to recreate collective dance culture digitally. The goal was a ticketed release event with a genuine club atmosphere, measurable by attendance, duration, and interaction, which would serve as a prototype for future projects.
For the release of 'Unity of Opposites #1', we built a virtual concert space where live streams, visuals, and community come together in one place. Guests choose avatars, move on the dance floor, personalize neon accessories, and experience synchronized light shows and spatial audio.
A virtual concert space connects music, visuals, and community.

Guests enter the space with a ticket and pass a virtual doorman who explains the navigation. Using the Interaction Wheel, they choose from eight dance moves, add neon accessories at the bar, and those who wish can go to the rooftop terrace for an overview. Encounters happen spontaneously and feel like in a real club.
This is how we implemented the space.
In clear phases from discovery to prototyping to launch, we synchronized studio stream, visuals, and space. The magic moment was the sound-controlled visualization that immediately connected light, animation, and rhythm, thus digitally reproducing real club emotions.
The technical coupling of studio and space ensured low latency and spatial audio, so the sound was perceived differently depending on the position in the room. This fine-tuning made dancing together feel tangible despite the distance and allowed artists to receive direct feedback from the community.

At the center was the live stream of the DJ set, projected onto screens in the space and perfectly timed through rehearsal streams. Thus, 'live is live' became more than a motto: it turned into a tangible experience for both the audience and artists, connecting studio performance and party experience in real-time.

With an average of 150 attendees per event, an intense, intimate atmosphere was created with high dwell time and strong positive feedback. The most important insight was that visible interactions and a caring onboarding create trust, foster community growth, and significantly increase the return rate.
The space is a prototype for future projects.

This is just the beginning.
