As an experience technology agency based in Hamburg, founded in 2008 and part of MCI Group, we at Demodern develop digital training: gamified e-learning, VR and AR simulations, virtual learning platforms, AI-driven adaptive learning and microlearning for everyday work. Typical applications are onboarding, compliance and mandatory training, and hands-on training in industry, pharma, automotive and retail, wherever practising in reality is expensive, dangerous or hard to access.
We translate existing classroom training, manuals and process documentation into interactive formats. Many trainings also run in the browser as WebVR or 360° video; for immersive VR we provide the hardware on request. We evaluate learning progress, completion rates and knowledge gaps in real time via tracking, quizzes and dashboards. Clients in this area include PwC Germany, SAP, Dräger and Beiersdorf.
